Sending an email (via an offsite email address or via your MocoSpace inbox) is the only way to contact our support team. We do not provide support over the phone. Sending or posting support questions anywhere on site will not always be seen by our support team or admins.
Please do not contact either of our support emails via text message. Our system is unable to send replies directly to phones via text. Due to this, messages sent to support directly from your text message service are not received by our support team. You can only send via email (GMail, Yahoo, Hotmail) or via your MocoSpace inbox by sending a new message.
Please be sure to include all necessary information when contacting MocoSpace Support or Billing Support.
You will generally receive a response within 1 business day. Responses may take longer if there is an increase in our support email volume or your issue required further investigation.
ABUSE Issues: Issues regarding harassment from other users cannot be handled via our support team. You must use the REPORT option provided on all profiles, photos, blogs and forum posts. Be sure you include all details regarding the abuse.
Our Support Team operates from 9am - 5pm EST Monday through Friday. The office is closed during the weekend and most US holidays.
