All sales of Moco Gold are final. No refunds will be granted for any Moco Gold purchases, whether or not some or all of the Gold is used.
While we understand accidents can happen, most of our big ticket items/features costing over 500 gold require our users to double confirm the purchase. We cannot refund gold for alleged accidental purchases nor can we exchange the item/feature purchased for another item or feature.
If you believe it was due to a technical error, we will need ALL details regarding the issue. Our team will then have to confirm the error before a decision is made on how to handle the issue.
Moco Gold does not expire, and will be held in a balance associated with your account, for future items and services. Gold is linked to the MocoSpace account you used to purchase them and cannot be transferred from one MocoSpace account to another.
If your account is terminated either by yourself or by MocoSpace for any reason, any unredeemed Gold in your account will be forfeited and not subject to a refund.
